At Creating Life Balance Community Living, our Independent Living Community is designed for seniors who value their independence while enjoying the comfort, safety, and support of a welcoming home environment.
Residents are encouraged to live life on their own terms while having access to resources, companionship, and a caring community when needed.

- Older Adults returning to the community after Incarceration
- Individuals with unique life experiences and backgrounds who are seeking a Second Chance and a supportive place to move forward

- Older Adults currently facing housing insecurity or displacement
- Family seeking Stability and Peace of mind
- Seniors Transitioning from (clinical environments, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers)
- Older adults who would benefit from a structured and supportive community environment
- Seniors living with Mental Health challenges who can comfortably participate in community living
- Applicants with Complex Histories evaluated through a comprehensive assessment
